3. Monthly Hosting & Subscriptions
Our plans renew automatically each month unless canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize us to:
Charge your payment method monthly
Continue service until cancellation is requested
If a payment fails, services may be paused until payment is resolved.
4. SMS, Email & Marketing Usage
Plans that include SMS or email marketing include a monthly message allowance. Excess usage may require additional fees.
Clients must follow all federal and local communication laws, including:
TCPA compliance
Opt-in and opt-out requirements
No sending unsolicited spam messages
Red Table Review is not responsible for misuse of the messaging tools provided.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Supply photos, menu items, branding, or needed content
Approve revisions and updates in a timely manner
Comply with all website and marketing laws in their industry
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing content or slow approvals.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Website design, templates, code, automation workflows, and software remain the property of Red Table Review
Clients own their business content: logos, menus, photos, written text
Marketing systems (SMS, CRM, automations) are licensed, not sold
Clients may not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates or systems.
7. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
Google rankings
Increased revenue
More customers
More reviews
Performance outcomes
Results vary based on industry, competition, and client participation.
8. Revisions & Updates
Starter plans include limited updates each month. Higher-tier plans include additional or unlimited updates as listed.
Major redesigns or new pages may require an additional fee.
9. Refund Policy
Because we provide digital services, hosting, and marketing systems:
All payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time but are not refunded once charged.
10. Service Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are not made
A client engages in abusive or illegal behavior
A client violates communication or marketing laws
There is misuse of our platform or systems
Termination will not relieve the client of outstanding payments.
11. Third-Party Integrations
Our services may integrate with third-party tools such as:
Stripe
Google
Email/SMS providers
CRM software
POS systems (limited compatibility)
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or errors caused by third-party platforms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Red Table Review is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Website downtime
Marketing results
Technical issues or outages
Client errors or misuse
Damages resulting from service interruption
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the past 30 days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the new “Last Updated” date.
